Domestic and International Shipping
Delivery Methods & Charges:
We offer shipping to orders placed in the 48 contiguous states of the United States, excluding P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days, with an additional 1-2 Business Days for order processing.
Coverage & Carriers:
- The carrier for Standard Shipping will depend on the weight and size of your shipment.
- Tracking information will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email.
- Signature authorization may be required upon delivery.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to track your order online.
Order Revisions/Cancellations/Damages:
- We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have shipped. Please ensure all information is correct at checkout, including shipping address details.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer service team at sales@nemeshoperfumes.com within 72 hours. Keep the damaged item until a claim is filed with the carrier.

- Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (excluding U.S. holidays).
- If your item is unavailable, you will be notified by email.
- Delivery times may be affected by carrier conditions or weather. Please check for updates.
- Currency exchange fees may apply for international transactions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Track My Order:
- The "Track My Order" feature is only available for shipments within the U.S. For orders to Chile, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico, the courier will notify us regularly about your package’s status.

Shipments to Brazil:
- Duties, taxes, and fees may apply.
- The maximum commercial value is $3000 per day, and $150,000 per year.

Shipments to Ecuador:
- Products under 4kg and costing less than $400 are exempt from taxes. The yearly limit per ID is $1600.

Shipments to Mexico:
- Vitamins and supplements must be purchased separately.

- Orders valued under $200 are exempt from taxes up to 3 times per year per ID.
