  • Current Coverage: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).

  • Customer Responsibility: All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the courier’s rates, the shipping address, and the weight/dimensions of your package.

  • No Hidden Fees: Costs are displayed clearly before you place your order.

  • Stock Availability: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you by email.

Missing or Damaged Items

 

 

  • Report Missing Items: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.

  • Damaged Items: Contact sales@nemeshoperfumes.com within 72 hours. Retain damaged items until we complete a carrier claim. Discarded items cannot be refunded or replaced.

  • Resolution: We’ll resolve issues promptly with a replacement or refund.

 

 

Order Cancellations / Modifications

 

 

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Verify all details (shipping address, apartment number, etc.) at checkout. We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

 

 

Return Policy

 

 

  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be sealed, unopened, in original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, or gifts. Sets/collections must be returned complete. Free gifts received must also be returned in perfect condition.

  • Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.

  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receipt to the original payment method.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Deduction: 20% fee plus shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Review your order carefully before purchase to avoid unnecessary fees.

  • Customer Remorse: The customer pays full return shipping costs (e.g., wrong product, size, or change of mind).
