DOMESTIC SHIPPING

DELIVERY METHODS & CHARGES:

  • We offer shipping only to orders placed in one of the 48 contiguous states in the United States. Not including P.O. Boxes. Not including Alaska, Hawaii and USA Territory such as Puerto Rico.

  • Standard Shipping of 5-7 Business Days with 1-2 Business Days for Order Processing.

COVERAGE & CARRIERS:

  • When Standard Shipping is selected, the carrier who delivers your order will depend on the weight and size of the shipment. You will receive tracking information in the Shipping Confirmation email and will be able to track your order at that time.

  • Your order may require a signature authorization upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive and email confirmation with a tracking number and instructions to track your order online.

ORDER REVISIONS/CANCELLATIONS/DAMAGES:

  • To facilitate timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they have been shipped. Select your items carefully and verify the accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details, including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

  • If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at sales@nemeshoperfumes.com within 72 hours of receiving your package. You must retain damaged items until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you throw away the item, we will not be able to honor the claim or issue any adjustments, including credit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Your package will be shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST (except US holidays). In the event that your item(s) is/are not available, you will be notified by email.

  • All deliveries are subject to the carrier's Terms and Conditions.

  • (NOTE: Certain circumstances and weather conditions may delay shipping. Please check this page for shipping updates.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Track My Order

Please note that the 'Track My Order' feature is only available for shipments within the continental USA. For orders being shipped to Chile, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico, the courier will regularly notify the Nemeshoperfumes team about the status of your package.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO BRAZIL:

  • Duties, import taxes, and other fees will apply.

  • The maximum commercial value is $3000 per day and $150,000 per year.

  • The standard order handling time is 1-2 business days.

  • The time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer is 7-14 business days.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO ECUADOR:

All products that weigh less than 4kg and cost less than 400 USD can enter without paying taxes. Maximum of 1600 USD per year per identity document.

  • The standard order handling time is 1-2 business days.

  • The time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer is 7-14 business days.

  • Vitamins and supplements must be purchased separately.

  • Duties, import taxes, and other fees will apply.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO PERU:

Packages with a product value less than 200 USD are exempt from taxes up to 3 times per year per ID document.
